I have always enjoyed china moon. The owner Cindy knows our whole family, and have went to school with her daughter. They are always smiling and the food is amazing. Going to college 2 hours away, I can't wait to come home and eat it. I refuse to go anywhere else. Grab rangoons always hit the spot!

I just don't know how others gave high ratings on this one. Don't even want to spend much time writing a review for this one. Dirtiest restaurant I have seen in my life! Floors, tables, seats... all sticky Rice cookers look like "filthy" trash cans with broken lids. No air-conditioning with back door wide open welcoming flies all over the food. People, it don't matter how friendly the owner is, the place is a dump. AVOID!

My daughter and I love Chinese food and saw the good ratings on Yelp, so couldn't wait to give it a try. We were in town for a Basket Ball Tournament. Well, we got there about 11:40, and they had lunch buffet all ready to go, so we got that. I wasn't very impressed, I started with an egg roll and it didn't seem fresh, more like a leftover from the day before. One of the beef dishes was pretty good, but the rest was just very below Average! The place seemed very dirty, gave me the creeps. At noon they were bringing in food boxes with the door being opened a lot with cold air blowing through the place. After being in a gym with lots of noise, buzzers, and whistles, it would have been nice to have a break from noise, but the kitchen was having a very loud disscussion, almost sounded like an argument, that never ended through are entire lunch. I was very disappointed and wouldn't suggest going unless your ok with very below average food. Also, lunch on a Saturday, there was only one other couple eating. Pass on this place..

Dumplings is a major score. Cindy is very nice. She knows us by order and when we pick up. Also, the crab ragoon is a killer...Kudos.

Delicious! We enjoyed delivery of Orange Chicken, Hunan Style Pork, Eggrolls, and Crab Rangoon. The Orange Chicken was our favorite followed by *huge* Crab Rangoon's. Egg Rolls we're good as was the Hunan Style Pork, though we enjoy explosive flavor, and the Pork was too mild for our taste despite requesting extra hot.

This place is awesome! Cindy is the owner and she always treats me great! They have the best crab rangoon in the world. Large and overstuffed with the good stuff. We like spicy food and we tell her to make it 5 star spicy and they deliver!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
